“Morton's Rodeo & Roundup” at Morton's General Manager's Conference

Produced a highly-interactive event for the Executives and General Manager's of over a hundred Morton's and Bertolinni Restaurants worldwide during their annual General Manager's Conference in Santa Barbara. The event, held entirely indoors, created a complete rodeo experience during which participant teams competed in events including barrel racing, calf roping, cow milking and bull riding, culminating in a 'championship' featuring the winning teams. Extensive use of props and décor created a complete western themed experience that featured extensive food and beverage catering and country western entertainment.
